All of our consultants have completed the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD) qualifications and hold an Advanced Certificate in Employment Law from the CIPD. All are exceptionally experienced and each have between 12 and 20 years experience of working in HR each. 

We assist a range of clients in different sectors. Our smallest client employs 2 people and our largest is 18,000.

  1. Processing Psychometric Questionnaires

    After being recommended PureHR by our previous supplier of psychometric questionnaires, I've been really impressed with the efficiency of the service provided and the detail of the feedback collated from the tests. As we use psychometric questionnaires as a key part of our recruitment process it's imperative we get results back quickly so we don't lose candidate's interest between interviews. Stephanie and the team are always quick to respond and there to answer any questions we may have about test results. I would recommend their services to anyone.

  6. Recruitment for two roles within our organisation

    Stephanie arranged to come in and talk through the positions we wanted to fill, draft ads were sent over for approval and after a couple of amends we were up and running. All prospective candidates were screened and suitable ones put forward. We've taken on a cracking candidate already!

    I have been a client with Stephanie of Pure Human Resources for over 18 months.
