  1. This was for my mobile which had a deep seated problem with complications from a non UK email server and a UK mobileserver

    This was an incredibly annoying problem with my mobile, when travelling overseas, which had been going on for months. Despite repeated conversations with my non UK email provider and endless visits to my UK mobile server's high street store, no one and nothing seemed to solve the problem. In desperation I turned to Micro Pro (who I have used often for computer problems), and they really went the extra mile to help me and sort out the problem. Late on a Friday too. Their professionalism is truly excellent.

  2. Remote support to diagnose slow PC and install new media player.

    I LOVE James and Luke! Having not been happy with pc tech/repair chaps for years, I am so delighted with the service that I receive from these two. Such a relief to finally find a great team. They are quick, efficient and I totally trust and value their work. I cannot recommend them highly enough! Thanks chaps!

  4. To update certain programmes on my laptop

    My family have called on Micro Pro Ltd for their technical support for several years now. James and Brian are absolute professionals, and, as always, their response to our latest computer crisis was wonderfully prompt and efficient, and all problems magically resolved. The charge was also very reasonable.

  5. Repaired PC after it froze and I lost emails and files

    I had used Micro Pro over a year ago and was delighted with the service I had received so did not hesitate to call them again. Both James and Brian dealt with and solved my problems in an extremely efficient and professional manner, especially when I was having problems with emails either not arriving or arriving in duplicate and in different locations! Brian also kindly looked at my husband's ancient laptop and it is now working at a decent speed. I would certainly recommend them.

  7. Set up new laptop

    I had bought a new laptop and wanted everything transferred from my old laptop to the new one (including emails, email folders, favourites, iTunes). Job was carried out seamlessly and hassle free - no issues at all. Many thanks James - I will keep your number for any future PC/laptop problems. I would definitely recommend.
