  1. Replacement of hard drive of computer and complete overhaul afterwards. Helped to install new internet system

    James has helped me before and is always very good. This time quite a bit of work was required on my computer and we timed the appointment so that he could help me install my new internet system as well. Everything is now working perfectly. I would always recommend James to other people who require help with their computer systems.

  2. BT migrated my email accounts from Yahoo to their own system on 5 October 2014. I have an iMac, a MacBook Pro laptop, two iPhones and an iPad. The migration to the iMac was an unmitigated disaster and Outlook Express crashed every few minutes and the OE screens locked. I called MicroPro on 6 October, having had a good experience a year previously.

    I was offered a home visit the following morning and given a time estimate of 1 to 1 1/4 hours. The problems were resolved within that time. I took the opportunity to have some further housekeeping done to ensure that all my Mac stable was fully in sync and after a further hour,, not only were the BT problems resolved but I felt that I had had a thorough health check as well. From my perspective ten out of ten!

  4. Built a new computer for us, incorporating our own SSD and software. Installed computer at work

    Brian worked carefully and quietly. I was very satisfied with the standard of work and the way it was done. There was a need for Brian to return the following day as we ran out of time the first day, but that was because I could only accommodate him after 2pm, so we were limited by time. Thank you Brian and James. I know from past experience that if there are any issues I just have to pick up the phone.

  7. Rectified my internet issues (always ran slowly). Also, installed a booster to enable me to operate my computer both upstairs and downstairs. We have concrete floors and underfloor heating with had previously prevented this from working. Installed the new BT Hub,  Cleaned my computer fan to stop the overheating. Also connected my mobile phone to both send and receive e mails.

    The work was carried out in a very efficient and speedy way. Mr Robinson was polite and was very good at explaining the things he had done. I would highly recommend this company and will have no hesitation in using them again. I will also pass on their details to friends and family.

  9. Home Networking Challenge Solved Quickly!

    I had an outbuilding on my property that I wanted to start using as my home office. There was no Internet or phone service to the building. James came on site and had me up and running with a solid solution in about 30 minutes. Very simple and pleasurable experience. I highly recommend him and Micro Pro!

  10. Fix for PC problem

    I called Brian on Friday morning as my computer was crashing several times a day without explanation. Brian attended my home the same afternoon, tried some diagnostics then took my PC away and returned it on Monday morning all fixed. As I had not previously been a client, I found this level of service to be exceptional and I would warmly recommend this company.
