  1. David did the survey for the property we are in the process of buying

    David was very responsive from our first call, and surpassed all our expectations. He was prompt, professional and met all the deadlines, working at a very high standard throughout. In fact, he went above and beyond the call of duty, quickly responding to our solicitor' s queries, even on his day off. All in all, he is an incredible surveyor and we couldn't have asked for anyone better!

  2. Buyers Survey

    The whole process of arranging and carrying out the survey was done efficiently and professionally. Unfortunately Steve was unwell on the date we had arranged but we were kept well informed and it was quickly rearranged. I spoke to Steve on the day of the survey and he was very helpful and informative and he said he would be happy to clarify any questions we had once we'd received the report. The report arrived very quickly and was clear and easy to understand and very professionally written and suggested several areas we needed to get checked. Great service all round and will definitely recommend Landmark to others.
