Who We Are:

...we are a small computer repair business located near Southampton Central train station. We have been helping resolve our customers' computer issues for over 14 years. We have technicians available in your area who can come to your home and fix your problem. Our technicians cover Southampton, Winchester, Totton, New Forest, Hedge End, Eastleigh, Fareham, Portsmouth, Warsash and Whiteley. 

Customer service is very important to us. 

We make sure that we listen to your issue and then give you the best repair solutions and advice based on your situation and budget. Most of our work comes from repeat customers and through recommendations.

We have very competitive rates for all our customers and will never charge a callout fee. If you book us out for 1 hour, that's all you will be paying. If you are in need of advice, give us a call and we can point you in the right direction.

  8. Data recovery, replacement hard drive and re-install

    IT disaster on my part and Home Computer Help have sorted me out. Excellent initial dialogue, routine updates from Toby, data recovery (phew), and a new hard drive later, and I'm back up and running. Final cost was as quoted. The team were friendly, helpful and professional. I've taken a bunch of business cards to hand out to family and friends. Most definitely recommend!

  9. PC tower collected but could not be fixed. Replacement supplied.

    My PC stopped working and it was collected but found that it could not be fixed. I arranged to have a new one ordered. I was kept informed every step of the way, being asked and given advice on what specifications I required. Delivery was prompt when everything was explained clearly with the offer of after-sales help if needed. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

  10. Diagnostic work to determine reason for repeated drop-out of internet on one device

    Home Computer Help really provided the help I needed, and ensured the problem was addressed fully before leaving. It took a couple of visits to sort the matter out, but a faulty router - the principal cause of the fault - was the main suspect which had been identified almost straight away. They helped me contact TalkTalk, who initially thought the router was fine; it wasn't, and it took HCH to really check it through. As a result I received a new router from TalkTalk without charge, and Home Computer Help did the rest. Thank you! I have been a customer of Netserve/HCH for some years, and I know I can rely on them for help when it's needed. I absolutely recommend them.
