  1. Resolving issues of computer/external hardware connectivity

    Steve arrived exactly on time, well prepared with all the necessary software. He continued working on the problems long after anyone else would have given up and resolved all the initial issues we had mentioned. He loaned us hardware free of charge to allow us to check another simpler issue ourselves and gave us the necessary advice to do it. He was excellent value for money and we shall be using him to resolve further issues soon.

    Steve is a delightful and very knowledgeable chap who has generously lent me equipment to provide Internet connection and successfully persuaded TalkTalk to provide me with a replacement router

    Steve was punctual for our appointment. He immediately made me feel at ease and was a very good teacher. He was a very polite and charming man and I would thoroughly reccomend him.

  1. Remote reconnection of wireless laptop to home hub.

    Two telephone calls over 20 minute period successfully reconnected my daughter's wireless laptop to our BT Home Hub to the delight of my daughter! No call out charge was necessary thanks to the efficient way that Steve of Blackcap Computing dealt with the query via telephone only. Thank you Steve for the free advice!

  2. Repaired my computer.

    I called Steve out of the blue as I was unable to start my computer and he was at my house within the hour and was very knowledgeable. Sorted the problem and gave some great advice too.
